I have chosen to demonstrate cards and tags using my favourite stamp set 'Welcome Christmas' . Also using my favourite Christmas colour red ! sorry its a bit traditional but so is the stamp set , so its a good match. Also with the aim of showing you really quick and easy elegant Christmas cards.
Hope you like them.
This image is embossed in white on Real Red card stock. Then the back ground is coloured using Champagne Mist shimmer paint on a dauber. The image is then framed with white card and then a wider Real Red card. The Real Red card is coloured with the Champagne Mist shimmer paint to match the image.
The shimmer paint doesn't show up very well but in real life adds a nice soft shimmer. This is a closer view.
The Confetti White card is embossed using the Perfect Polka Dots or Vintage Wallpaper embossing folders. The ribbon is Organza Ribbon and the message from the Short and Sweet Stamp Set or Teeny Tiny Sentiments .
Now for the Wreath Stamp which looks lovely in red or green. The best fun is decorating the wreath with either jewels or coloured Crystal Effects.
This is a very quick card card and looks lovely finished off with Diamond Jewels.
This stamp set also makes great gift tags .
Well that’s all from me. Next stop on the INKlings’ Team Blog Hop is the lovely
Liz's blog. Have fun and don't forget to leave a comment on each blog to win some great Blog Candy.
